Maybe (not): Occasionally, a woman overcomes the odds and manages to get pregnant even with clamped fallopian tubes. Because of this, I would get a pregnancy test the first few times you missed a period. If it becomes a pattern month after month and you are not pregnant, see your doctor to find out why you are missing periods. Best wishes!
