Is it necessary & safe to shave your anus?

Leave anuses alone: There is no need nor any mandate to shave pubic hair, anus hair, or any hair in between. The more people who shave their pubic or anus hair, the more pressure there will be upon other people to also shave their pubic or anus hair (and lead to more cases of ingrown hairs and itchy butts). Since there is nothing inherently abnormal about pubic hair, there is no reason to shave it. It's just fashion.
