Ovulation: Sometimes there can be spotting and pain at the time of ovulation . Ovulation usually happens 14 days before periods and so this could be indication of ovulation. Sometimes infection can also cause spotting . Some people can have bleeding and still be pregnant .Good idea to see doctor get pregnancy test , do swabs and ensure smear is also upto date .
