Typical: Depo Provera is greater than 99% effective. However, a small percentage of woman manage to get pregnant on Depo Provera. If you are worried, get a pregnancy test and find out. Bleeding is unpredictable on Depo-provera. Frequently bleeding is irregular. Other women will stop having periods at all. So the lack of a period doesn't mean you are pregnant. Best wishes.
