A member asked:

I had a 2day period but tested negative on blood and urine tests so should i wait and take another test because i have never had 2day periods before?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

You may: If you had a period since having sex, even if it was shorter than usual, you not likely to be pregnant. There would not harm in doing the test in 7-10 days. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex. Get HPV vaccine.
