Cough with Rash: Lots of things can cause rashes in kids with a cough. If they are not running a fever and generally appear well- it is usually viral in nature and can be treated with over the counter acetaminophen/paracetamol. If they run a high fever, have bad headaches, a stiff neck, or the light bothers their eyes then they need to see a doctor immediately top rule out meningitis.

ANS: most likely 1 of several red spot infectious diseases of childhood. Take her to ur Dr who can tell & recommend what to do. Be certain her immunizations are up to date. These protect against many of the common & potentially serious diseases of childhood
