Dry patch: Dry patch on face could be just dryness or eczema or seborrheic keratitis or fungal infection. Can try skin moisturiser like cetaphil if not helping please see your doctor .

Eczema? Dry ness?: You ashould always remember that when you see something on your skin ANYWHERE, that you don't understand, you owe it to yourself to report to a dermatologist and get it checked! That said, many folks use WAY too much soap, especially liquid soaps, which, along with antibacterial soaps are the MOST drying. You really need to take my a dive above.
