I had an us at 5 wks due to past ectopic and sac with yolk there. a week later i had us and measured 6 weeks 1 day but no hb/ or pole dev.? concern?

No concern yet: At 6 weeks the ultrasound isn't going to show much of the developing fetus other than a gestational sac. Be thankful that it is present in the uterus rather than another ectopic pregnancy.
