Broken ankles: It depends how bad the fracture was , what are other disabilities with the fractures , like muscle or tension injuries , if u are a diabetic or not , what is your weight. usually it takes 8 weeks for bones to have reasonable healing and you can start bearing some weight. Also a significant issue will be regular physiotherapy support that you can get in India. In short it is variable.

Approx 4 to 6 weeks: Hi, for most ankle fractures undergoing surgical fixation it is four to six weeks before you can put all your weight thru it. However for some fractures around the ankle such as pilon fractures it can unfortunately be even longer.

Varies: Because you have broken both legs, you don't have a "good leg" to walk on. As such, at least one leg must be healed before you walk on it. Because both ankle fractures were serious enough to require internal fixation, it will likely be 8-12 weeks before you are allowed to ambulate.
