A member asked:

Took pill regularly, had sex with just pill protection but then took a pill late the next day, period finished 6 days before, pregnancy possibility ?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Very small chance: A urine pregnancy test, done correctly, gives a reliable result 3 weeks after sex, or 1 week after missing a withdrawal period. If done sooner, a positive result is likely real, but a negative result may be due to testing too soon. If a woman gets her normal regular withdrawal period, then she is not pregnant.
