Cant say always: Typically preejaculatory fluid contains about 1 million sperm. Ejaculation contains about 400 million. The amount of sperm will vary form person to person and intact from day to day. Multiple factors will influence sperm production. Since she got pregnant then it appears there was at least one present. If there is a paternity question DNA testing can be done.
