Go ahead: and have your IVIG as scheduled, you may very well have an infection causing this diarrhea, I don't know why are you getting the IVIG for, but at any rate your immunity seems compromised. The doctors will evaluate you first and usually you get some IV hydration prior to the IVIG infusion, wish you all the best

COuld be infection: You should be evaluated for infection and bring in a stool specemin. In the mean time, increase fluids, eat simple carbs only when hungry( toast,potatoes).IVIG is ok.
