See doctor: If laxative has not helped, it is time to consult your doctor to find out why. The nausea and change in stool size suggest that there may be something more serious than just constipation.

I haven't had a full bm in over a week. I tried stool softeners, laxatives, and miralax (polyethylene glycol). None of which had helped. Only able to pass small pellets.
Sudden chills & nausea then feeling of needing to have BM. Had BM with very little stools. Stools are maybe one or two small stools. Now feeling extremely tired and body feels heavy. No fever. BM less than 3 per week.
