I have a hard bone type thing that spreads across my intermediate and distal phalanges of my middle finger. if i knock it the tip of my finger numbs?

Sore fingers: pain and numbness in the fingers can result form many causes either local in the fingers: including bones , tendons of small joints of the fingers or compression of the nerves in the rest region (Carpal Tunnel syndrome) the pain usually shoots up to the arm, and if severe can lead to weakness in the hand or part of more generalized problem as peripheral neuritis medical review recommended

Varies: There are a number of hard, bone like prominences that can develop on the hand. If they are near a digital nerve, they can cause numbness in the affected finger. An exam and X-ray would likely reveal the cause, don't hesitate to be seen.
