Yes indeed!: The hepatitis B vaccines are excellent, but it takes 3 doses and a few months for complete proteciton. Four weeks after the third dose (usually given at 6 months, sometimes sooner), protection is 100% complete: you will not infect your fiancee/wife and can safely have kids who will not be at risk of infection before birth or during delivery.
