No: Hi, A qt interval of 449 is not in a range where you should be concerned. There are two numbers, QT interval and QTc interval. The QTc interval is a QT interval that is corrected for one's heart rate. Normal ranges can vary based on age and gender but overall a QT of 449 ms is not significant.
