30 minutes: Yes, it is advisable not to rise after intercourse to pass urine for at least 30 minutes if you desire conception as you will lose are large part of the semen "donation". Intercourse in the missionary position works as well as "doggie style" with a pillow under your abdomen as it allows the semen to rest on the cervix for a longer period of time.
