does zyrtec help treat eustachian tube blockage?

A little if allergic: If you have allergy and your ear pressure it caused by allergic swelling then it may help some. Adding an aerosol nasal spray may also help (only 2 available in the US-Beclomethasone and Ciclesonide) . Liquid or water based sprays with some available OTC are not as effective because they don't reach the Eustachian tube openning.
