Allergy/Immunology: evaluation is needed in your case if you haven't already gone through that. There are several reasons for nasal polyps and there are different forms, the most common causes are environmental allergies or Cystic Fibrosis. Treatment with surgery / systemic steroids and long term control with topical nasal steroids and immunotherapy, if indicated, would help reduce the recurrence or prevent it
