Symptoms?: I'm curious to know what you mean by "losing circulation." do you mean the arms and hands are numb when you sleep? Do they hurt? Burning sensations? Pins and needles? While blood pressure sometimes drops when we're sleeping, it's not usually such an appreciable difference that your arms or legs or any organ would necessarily notice a difference and cause symptoms, thus probably not poor circulatio.
