It's been a while i got seasonal allergies what should i do?

Allergies: There are many options. There are the non-sedating antihistamines such as Claritin or Allegra. Flonase is now over the counter too. Flonase works better but is a steroid. It has to be sprayed into the nose daily. Spray toward the ear and do not inhale. Pseudophed is a good decongestant (have to sign for it) but can cause jitters and a rapid pulse.
