I keep getting patches of petechiae in different places. they dont grow larger and disappear after about 24 hours. at ehat point shpukd i be concerned?

Confirm it is petech: It is not easy to diagnose petechiae by non medical folks. if they are real they can not disappear in 24 hours because the real petechiae are small spots of bleeding in the skin. These are caused by either low platelet counts or damage to small blood vessels(vasculitis). You should get a medical checkup to find out what you actually have?
