See doctor: Swelling can indicate infection or inflammation , examination would confirm the diagnosis. Possibility of need of antibiotics is there , consulting doctor would be ideal thing to do .

I would recommend: that you go back to your doctor and have them examine you again. You may have a cyst there that may become infected again. Hope you feel better soon!
