Hmmm....: A woman in this situation may get her next period in about 10 months, if she just got pregnant again. Women are always asked to use contraception after delivery, so that they do not get pregnant while waiting for that first period after delivery. Women ovulate prior to having a real menstrual period. Contraception should be used for at least a few months, to space the babies at least a year apart.
