Pregnancy test: Urine pregnancy tests are very accurate and lupus would not affect the result. If you do not believe the urine test you can ask for a blood BHCG pregnancy test. I am not sure what you mean by “sugar” test. If you are referring to a test for diabetes then it is important that you follow up on the results to determine the next steps in treatment

Blood test for HCG: If you have any doubt, you should get a blood test for HCG level that would address the issue. SLE is not likely to suppress HCG. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Drink enough water daily so that your urine is mostly colorless. Practice safe sex.
