Nothing: If it is a one time thing you are fine. Just don't miss your next dose. The progestin-only pill MUST be taken at the same time each day (no more than 3 hours late). If you miss a pill, you will increase your chances of releasing an egg that could be fertilized and lead to a pregnancy. https://www.drugs.com/article/birthcontrolpill-missed.html

Take it immediately: Take the pill as soon as you remember. To be safe use another method of birth control for the next 48 hours in order to prevent pregnancy. If you had sex in the past 3 to 5 days consider using emergency contraception.

Depends: It depends on which pill you are , if its a combined pill you can take it now and continue taking it as usual from next day. If its noriday then you can still take your pill but additional method like condoms or diaphragm should be used till next periods. If you are too worried you can take emergency contraceptive pill too . If you are on cerazette then you take your pill now and daily as usual.
