Uroflow? Pyelonephr?: How have you established "bad urinary retention"? Was there a uroflow study (by a reputable urologist) involved? Do you get frequent urinary infections? Is the flank pressure the same symptom that you had during the infection? Chronic urinary retention leads to increased urinary infections, but clearing 1 infx at a time won't treat the underlying prob. Talk to a Urologist or use HealthTap Prime.GL
