What is the definition or description of: hycamtin (topotecan) allergy?

Intolerance: An undesirable/uncommon effect of Topotecan could be due to allergy. Most allergic reactions manifest as skin rashes which are generally itching and sometimes urticarial in nature. A sudden drop in BP after an initial few drops of medication would be very suggestive of an allergic reaction. Nausea/vomiting are an expected side effect of chemotherapy, so that would not be an allergy.
