Cows milk allergy: can have different manifestations. Most common will be vomiting frequently after feedings and excessive fussiness. At times to the point of repeated vomiting followed by marked lethargy. Some infants with true milk protein allergy will have blood in stools. Infants rarely manifest hives or swelling of lips and tongue, which would be more common of food allergy ingestion older children/adults.
