What is the definition or description of: sertraline overdose?

Sertraline OD: Recommended dosing for Zoloft/ sertraline is up to 200mg per day. However, off-label dosing can be considerably higher. An overdose is accidental or intentional ingestion or application of an excessive dose of a medication. Medications overdoses may be dangerous and may lead to death in some situations. OD symptoms may include: nausea, vomiting, tremor, rapid heart rate, dizziness & agitation.
