Dosylamine: Doxylamine is an antihistamine that can be used short-term to help sleep. The usual dose is 25 mg orally once a day before bed. The median lethal dose (LD50) is estimated to be 50–500 mg/kg. An overdose is accidental or intentional ingestion or application of an excessive dose of a medication. Medications overdoses may be dangerous and may lead to death in some situations.
