Giardia infection: Giardiasis can present with rotten egg (sulfur) smelling burps, with diarrhea, bloating, abdominal pain, passing gas, nausea, vomiting, fever, constipation& loss of appetite. Giardiasis is an infection of the small bowel by Giardia lamblia.
