Not normal: "horrible" cramps and heavy flow may have many causes. Particularly if Ibuprofen doesn't help, you should see your doctor. Causes may include fibroids, endometriosis, uterine polyps or hormone problems. There are treatments available, and you don't have to suffer horrible cramps.
