Cervicitis?: Vaginal bleeding after sex often means cervcitis, i.e. infection or inflammation of the cervix. And that's often due to an STD like chlamydia or gonorrhea, which also can cause painful urination. Don't mess around with this; see your doctor and get checked ASAP. Good luck!
