Balanitis: Usually in cases like these we treat for infection of the skin with candida (yeast) and also staph/strep bacteria. Prescription nystatin and also an antibiotic like Augmentin (amoxicillin and clavulanate) or Keflex. You have been on the wrong medication so far.
