Pregnancy: there is still a chance that you may become pregnant if you miss your period I would suggest that you do a pregnancy test

BCP & broken condom: So you completed the entire "active" doses of BCP and just started the sugar ones. Ideally you need to be on BCP for at least a month for protection. So - best answer is likely you are fine BUT to be sure you might want to use Plan B. A preg test now is worthless - its too soon. I would go with Plan B just to be safe and then finish the sugar pills and start your next pack.
