Very small chance: Nothing is impossible for stress or anxiety, but this is not likely. Also it's not likely that you're pregnant, but not impossible. I recommend an OBGYN exam and that you consider some CBT therapy to learn skills to manage stress - meditation, yoga or other things can be good too.
