Just live with it: Nonbacterial prostatitis usually is harmless, with no proved long term health consequences. An antibiotic like ciprofloxacin or levofloxacin often is tried in case of bacterial infection but usually doesn't help. Some experts believe sexual release is helpful. For sex isn't harmful either for patient or his parrtners, so don't hold back from sex or masturbation. No harm (or help) from exercise.
