Yes: Yes seek help ASAP. Did you at any point get a pregnancy test. Please see your MD ASAP, go to the ER if the tempo of the bleeding is fast or has been occurring for a long time. If slow and not a lot of blood, see OB in the office. Also contact your surgeon ASAP, call the on call answering service. Stay calm you will be okay. Good luck.
