Need treatment: Hi Joseph, This has to be uncomfortable. Have you been circumcised? If not you should seriously consider it because the condition usually progresses and removing the foreskin usually takes care of the problem. First, though, you should be checked for diabetes as that can cause balanitis. Good luck
