Non healing lesion: It depends on how much sun exposure you have had. It could just be an inflammed follicle. You can try benzoyl peroxide but it may bleach your hair. There is always the possiblity of skin cancer with nonhealing lesions. If it is not gone in a month or so see your dermatologist.
