I was wondering if ibuprofen (advil) or excedrin is better to take for inflammation in vein of penis?

Ibuprofen at first: Ibuprofen is an anti-inflammatory and is more likely to calm down venous inflammation. Excedrin, unless it is the combination excedrin which contains an NSAID, only has releif of pain but not anti-inflammatory properties.
