Mirena (levonorgestrel) IUD: A Progesterone IUD is typically considered the most effective, reversible birth control method for those who want to stop their menstrual cycles. Other birth control methods can be used as well. Your doctor can prescribe birth control pills in a particular way to help prevent cycles. The brand of pills does not much matter.

Low loestrin: Low loestrin is the lowest amount of hormones for side effect avoidance and minimal periods!
