See a doctor: I am concerned for your health. I suggest an immediate visit to your physician to find out why you are bleeding. If you do not have a regular physician, I strongly recommend a n emergency room visit to have this issue examined.

Hemorrhoids?: It's less likely that lower back pain is related to your blood in the toilet. The most common cause for blood on the paper or in the bowl is bleeding hemorrhoids. However there can be other causes as well. If you are bleeding a lot, or feeling lightheaded or dizzy standing, you should go to the ER for evaluation.
