A member asked:

If i most likely ovulated the 21st, having unprotected sex on 25th i most likely wouldnt have conceived. right?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Correct: To start a baby, semen (sperm) should get into one's vagina during the few days before ovulation, because the egg is only fertile for about 1 day after ovulation. That being said, life can be full of surprises... which is why fertile couples who have sex tend to get pregnant.
