I have small white itchylumps on the insides of my anus at the edges. first got them when i had pinworms. what could they be and possible treatment?

Sounds pretty normal: The anal opening and inside are not normally smooth; the "lumps" may be entirely normal. Maybe you became aware of them because of the pinworms, but they were not the cause. And anal itching is one of the most common day to day symptoms experienced by everyone from time to time. So the bumps and itching may be unrelated. But discuss with your doctor if you remain concerned.
