Hematospermia: The medical term for blood in semen is hematospermia. Sometimes it happens spontaneously, i.e. no obvious cause. It can follow trauma to the perineum (the space between scrotum and anus), especially after activities like off-road biking or horseback riding. Not caused by STD, and you can't catch any STD by brief hand-genital contact. See doctor if it doesn't clear up soon or if it happens again.
