Up to date on measles-mumps-rubella (MMR) vaccine, diphtheria-tetanus-pertussis vaccine, varicella (chickenpox) vaccine, polio vaccine, and your yearly flu shot. Things like Japanese Encephalitis, Rabies, & Malaria are only recommended for specific situations.
