Stop all treatment: Oral sex is safe sex -- not completely risk free, but low risk for all STDs and zero for several. Any infection from that exposure that could have caused urethral itching would have been cured by one or more of the antibiotics you took. Probably this symptoms is psychological, resulting from anxiety over a sexual decision you regret. You have no infection. See a doctor if still concerned.
