Qualified doctor: It is safe and effective int he properly trained hands. I see you are in saudi arabia with lots of sun exposure and possibly a darker skin tone thus you must be careful or else you can get a burn , scar, a darkening of the skin ore worse lightening. Do not do anything until out of sun 2 weeks or more
